What it does
- Your cycle, as weather. Each phase is shown as a kind of weather, from clearing skies to the full storm, so you can see which days are likely to be harder.
- Track what you feel. Log your mood and symptoms each day, and keep a trigger journal to spot patterns from one cycle to the next.
- A plan for the hard days. Write a crisis plan while you're feeling clear, and keep notes from your calmer self for the days you can't remember what helps. There are breathing and grounding exercises, comfort tools, and a Reality Check to help you step back from a racing thought.
- Learn about PMDD. Plain-language information about PMDD, plus a nutrition section with food guidance, recipes and a meal planner.
- Share it with someone you trust. If you want to, link a partner so they can see where you are in your cycle and understand how to support you.
